Installed (9) 24’-foot Diameter Big Ass Fans in new hangar at O’Hare Airport, in the American Airlines Terminal. Mounted fans at 95 feet which required the use of 135-foot Articulating Boom Lifts.
Performed electrical contracting services for the entirety of the project. Beginning with conceptual design and ending with a completed final construction. We were an active part of the station's temporary relocation, teardown, and construction of a new station from the ground up. This station became the third and newest station for the department.
Provided Engineering and Construction Services for the installation of (8) new Electric Vehicle Charging Stations at two Coca Cola distribution locations. The scope of the work included all new feeders, control work, and electrical metering, as well as installing new protective railing and bollards to keep the new equipment safe.
M. T. Kelley has been providing general electrical maintenance and repair work for 17 Chicagoland Communities consisting of 1,898 affordable housing units for over 10 years now.
Electrical Power Distribution and wiring to convert multiple facilities to the use of Opportunity Chargers for their forklifts. This eliminated the need for costly and dangerous battery swapping and increased runtime production in the facilities.
Converted interior and exterior lighting of multiple Walgreens sites throughout Chicagoland to new LED energy efficient lighting. Entire stores were upgraded overnight to minimize disruptions to regular store operating hours. M.T. Kelley was able to execute the conversion plan throughout the locations in one weeks’ time.
Remodeled and provided upgrades to electrical systems at numerous existing Taco Bell store fronts. Also completed all electrical work for many ground up builds of new Taco Bell stores throughout Chicagoland.
Installed electrical upgrades to Herc Rentals warehouses and showrooms. This included panel upgrades, low voltage work, and new feeders for warehouse equipment.
Assisted the village in the conversion of lighting in multiple government buildings from old fluorescent lighting in disrepair, to new energy efficient LED lighting and control systems. The project provided a general improvement to the overall working conditions for employees, as well as an aesthetic upgrade to the properties.
Installed new LED lighting systems and controls throughout two McHenry high schools. The goal of the project was to increase efficiency and allow the schools to benefit positively from the energy savings. Project was paid for solely with the energy savings to be realized from the utilization of the new equipment.
